As of 2 July 2018, all applications regarding the issuance of new investment incentive certificates and the notifications made to our Ministry by companies and branches established by foreign investors in Turkey are being made through the web-based application called E-TUYS, which is managed by the General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital. Only those who have qualified electronic certificates and whose authorization application requests are approved by our Ministry can access the system to carry out investment incentive transactions through E-TUYS.
